Typical fee £197 per month

Our services are provided on a fixed monthly support basis. The monthly fee provides ongoing access to compliance support, structured assistance and periodic reviews as outlined in the Services section.

Final pricing is confirmed before engagement and may vary depending on how support is used over time.

Support is designed to be practical proportionate and delivered on a fair use basis reflecting the nature of the ongoing support provided.

What the monthly fee includes

The monthly fee covers ongoing compliance support and availability to discuss FCA related questions as they arise. Support is provided in plain English by experienced professionals who understand how motor dealerships operate in practice, helping compliance feel clear, structured and manageable.

It also includes structured assistance with the preparation and organisation of key compliance documentation. Bespoke policies and supporting documents are prepared to reflect how your business operates in practice, covering areas such as vulnerable customers, compliance monitoring, customer journey mapping, regulatory status disclosure, suitability and fair treatment, complaints handling and financial crime awareness. Documentation is structured proportionately to support consistent processes and record keeping across the business.

The monthly fee also covers support with ongoing data collection and regulatory reporting preparation throughout the year. Spreading information gathering and periodic reviews over time helps reduce pressure, improve accuracy and keep compliance organised rather than reactive.

What is not included

Certain work may fall outside the scope of the monthly support fee and would be discussed and agreed in advance before being undertaken. This may include more extensive remediation work following regulatory issues, one-off projects that sit outside the normal scope of ongoing support, or assistance relating to historic matters prior to the start of the engagement.

The monthly support fee provides access to compliance support on a fair-use basis and does not guarantee delivery of every service listed. The level, frequency and focus of support may vary depending on client needs and usage.

Any additional work is only carried out once scope, timing and costs have been agreed.
